Query Development: Design and develop complex list selection logic and SQL queries to support marketing campaigns.
Data Integrity: Audit the list selection process and maintain "freeze files" to ensure 100% accuracy in data history.
Vendor Coordination: Oversee the delivery of accurate data files to print and mail vendors within strict project timelines.
System Management: Download and manage data across FTP sites, CDP, and mainframe systems.
Platform Ownership: Identify and configure measurement platforms (GA4, GTM) to optimize conversion and reduce friction in the customer journey.
CDP Management: Act as the lead for the Customer Data Platform, managing inbound data sources and audience activation for SFMC, Google, and Facebook.
Strategy Implementation: Develop data collection strategies from top-of-funnel awareness to on-site user behavior.
Actionable Insights: Create automated dashboards and ad-hoc reports in Power BI to visualize trends and drivers for key stakeholders.
Campaign Optimization: Analyze A/B test results and provide strategic recommendations on segmentation and spend allocation.
Requirements
Some analytics experience preferably with e-commerce initiatives.
Some experience working with customer data and audience insights.
Experience working with a Customer Data Platform (CDP) preferred.
Some database administration and direct mail/campaign management.
Strong ability to compile reporting and evaluate performance of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and touchpoints based on defined objectives.
Experience using an ESP tool such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or HubSpot.
Familiar with reporting, visualization, and analytics tools such as Power BI.
Experience pulling large and complex data sets using SQL or similar language.
