Build the initial data models and analytics infrastructure from the ground up for the newly launching DFS product.
Measure the incrementality and impact of new features through rigorous experimentation and statistical modeling.
Act as the primary data partner for the Principal Product Manager and the CPO of FMX, providing insights that directly shape product strategy.
Deliver high-quality SQL queries, data modeling in dbt, and automated reporting to meet the high demand for insights across the FMX ecosystem.
Partner with data scientists and engineers to find solutions to complex business problems and maintain the 'research lab to factory floor' connection.

A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in an analytics role, ideally within a high-growth fintech or sports betting environment.
Strong SQL proficiency and hands-on experience with dbt for data modeling are essential.
Expertise in cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake or Databricks. Proficiency in Python is preferred.
Strong understanding of statistical concepts, multivariate testing, and experimentation frameworks.
Ability to present complex technical insights to non-technical senior stakeholders with clarity and business context.
A degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
