Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for eCommerce initiatives.
Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value, customer needs, and technical constraints.
Work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and development teams.
Perform detailed requirements analysis and document current and future processes.
Support day-to-day system operations, analyze results, identify issues, and coordinate improvements.
Lead and support feature delivery from discovery through implementation and production validation.
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and support test data creation prior to deployments.
Maintain and update documentation related to processes, workflows, and procedures.
Ensure high-quality delivery in a fast-paced, agile environment.

5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in eCommerce or digital product environments.
Strong experience managing backlogs and delivering features in Agile/Scrum teams.
Solid understanding of modern eCommerce platforms, including headless architectures.
Experience working with content management systems such as Amplience or similar.
Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams.
