Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field required.
7+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical roles.
Proven experience in analytics leadership, including managing teams and delivering projects on time and within scope.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage daily tasks while contributing hands-on to analytics development.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to develop team members and cultivate a positive, high-performing team environment.
Experience collaborating with Data Engineering and other technical partners.
Hands-on experience working with sensitive data while maintaining data privacy and security standards.
Fluency in reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI, and proficiency in SQL.
Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar solutions to track, prioritize, and report on analytics work.
Prior experience in the financial services industry preferred.
