As our new working student in CRM, starting in June 2026, you will play an important role in shaping our customer communication and retention.
You will support the team in planning, executing and analyzing email campaigns, work with CRM tools and help further develop our customer journeys.
With your eye for data and interest in marketing processes, you will help ensure our communication is personal, relevant and effective.
Support in planning, executing and optimizing our CRM campaigns
Contribute to designing segmentation and personalization strategies using modern CRM tools
Analyze campaign performance and derive concrete optimization recommendations
Develop customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns across the entire customer experience
Requirements
You are currently enrolled in university and eligible to work as a working student
Language skills: You can communicate fluently in both German and English, written and spoken
Initial experience in CRM or email marketing: Ideally you have already worked with tools like Klaviyo, HubSpot or Salesforce — or you are eager to learn
Analytical thinking & data affinity: You enjoy working with numbers, interpreting KPIs and deriving actionable recommendations
Interest in customer experience & lifecycle marketing: You want to understand how customer retention works and what makes a good customer journey
Motivation and initiative: You are keen to take responsibility, develop professionally and actively contribute your ideas to the team
