Partner Manager, Affiliate Manager

Role Overview

• You identify and recruit new affiliates (influencers, YouTubers, trading educators, communities)
• You develop and execute structured outreach campaigns (email, DMs, LinkedIn, etc.)
• You create compelling affiliate pitches and presentations
• You independently negotiate partnership and commission models
• You onboard new partners and provide marketing materials
• You manage and grow existing partnerships for the long term
• You track the performance of your affiliates (revenue, conversion, activity)
• You optimize commission structures and incentive models
• You create partner resources (swipe files, creatives, landing pages)
• You build and maintain a structured partner CRM system
• You analyze and report on the performance of the overall partner channel
• You represent IQ Capital at events and within relevant communities

Requirements

• Excellent persuasion and communication skills in German and English
• You have strong closing skills and can confidently negotiate commission structures
• You understand performance structures, revenue sharing and KPI-based partnerships
• Ideally, existing contacts in the trading, crypto or finance space
• You think in terms of revenue, performance and scaling — with empathy in relationship management
• Independent, proactive and structured. You don’t need micromanagement
• You can coordinate multiple partners simultaneously and keep records accurately
