Lead cross‑functional teams in the design and implementation of highly available, multi‑tier Windows or cloud‑based applications.
Collaborate with business and technical partners to develop Infrastructure/System Engineering designs for internally hosted solutions.
Build and implement solutions using automation to deploy systems, applications, containers, and related technologies.
Serve as the primary infrastructure point‑of‑contact for business and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide technical leadership and direction for assigned projects.
Create detailed technical design documentation for both project and operational teams.
Develop scripts and automation to streamline and standardize repeatable processes.
Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements
Experience applying a consultative approach to gather, validate, document, and manage customer requirements.
Hands‑on enterprise‑level infrastructure and systems engineering experience with Windows/SQL and cloud‑based platforms.
Proficiency with automation and scripting; PowerShell strongly preferred.
Experience with automated system build and configuration management tools (e.g., VRO, Terraform, SCCM, SCO).
Working knowledge of networking protocols, concepts, and components.
Experience designing and implementing high‑availability, active/active, and disaster recovery solutions.
Background working in matrixed environments with infrastructure engineers, development teams, and client relationship groups.
Ability to produce high‑quality operational documentation, including Visio diagrams, environment overviews, and step‑by‑step build and configuration procedures.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and related automation frameworks.
Strong customer service orientation with professionalism and the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively in remote or distributed team environments.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in fast‑paced, high‑pressure settings.
