Building golf course profiles including collecting course images and facility details
Understanding booking rates and configuring specific parameters in our systems
Providing continual quality assurance on existing profiles and rates, and identifying issues
Organising processes, solutions, and learnings from your role into a shared knowledge base
Research potential clients in worldwide markets to assist sales team with lead generation
Assisting CEO, Vice President of Operations, Head of Sales, and Head of Finance

Minimum 1
2 years Operations Support experience.
Experience in the travel and tourism industry will be advantageous.
Detail-oriented, meticulous, and thorough in their work.
Able to identify errors immediately, leading to nearly perfect output
Strong organisational skills and is proactive in resolving issues as they arise
Possesses an eye for design and attention to detail, with a focus on image content
Self-motivated and thrives in a remote work environment with a positive “can-do” attitude
Works well with others and is well-structured, dependable, and is driven to succeed in a startup
Enthusiastic energy and strong command of the English language, with excellent writing skills.
