Perform the design and development of automatic flight control systems, ensuring they meet project and customer requirements.
Model-Based development using MATLAB/Simulink.
Conduct validation and verification/testing of the system to ensure compliance with requirements and aerospace industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software components into cohesive systems.

A strong technical launchpad — a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Avionics, Aerospace, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or Industrial Automation.
Clear communication in English and the confidence to collaborate across a fast‑paced, global environment.

Previous experience with one or more of the following: systems engineering, systems verification, model-based design, requirements management, or aerospace industry (e.g. during an internship/part-time job/diploma thesis)
Basic understanding of aircraft/avionics functions and design
