For onboarding and important meetings you will occasionally be at our headquarters in Gescher, at one of our offices, or on the client’s site.
After being introduced to our full service portfolio, you will win qualified new customers for the Software Engineering Services area and develop them into key accounts.
Your focus will be on industrial customers from the upper mid-market and corporate sector in northern Germany.
You will conduct market analyses, provide solution-oriented consulting to customers, and be responsible for drafting and negotiating proposals and framework agreements.
By working closely with the pre-sales team, you will receive the necessary technical support and a sparring partner.
In addition to occasional on-site customer appointments, you will take part in company-organised and external trade shows and events to expand your network.
Requirements
Successfully completed degree, preferably with a technical background, or a comparable qualification, plus experience in solution-oriented B2B sales.
Initial exposure to services in software development or IT project management.
You are passionate about technical topics and enjoy working in a team, enabling you to quickly find your place with us.
With your strong communication skills, reliability and flexibility, you will secure long-term relationships with new and existing customers for Windhoff.
Very good German skills and at least good English skills complete your profile.
