Manage licenses, devices and access rights, ensuring stable, secure and efficient day-to-day IT operations across the organization.
Maintain and optimize networks, VPNs and access controls in collaboration with the parent company, ensuring business continuity.
Establish and maintain controlled, secure environments for Roarington’s digital twins development, protecting intellectual property across employees, freelancers and partners.
Manage and evolve a centralized system for Roarington’s simulator fleet, enabling secure remote updates, monitoring and reliable operation at customer sites.
Implement and oversee Roarington’s ISMS, support compliance with partner requirements, and provide structured IT support, documentation and onboarding.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as an IT Administrator in a complex, professional environment.
Strong hands-on experience with enterprise device management (MDM / endpoint management) and IT operations.
Solid background in information security management and secure system design.
Strong understanding of secure development environments and IP protection concepts.
Structured, self-driven and service-oriented personality, comfortable working in a premium, high-expectation setting.
Fluent in German and English.
