Role Overview
- Independently scale our Meta campaigns with a clear focus on profitable new customer acquisition
- Passionately analyze the entire funnel from the first ad click through to checkout
- Develop and optimize scalable direct-response funnels with a strong focus on long-form formats such as VSLs
- Strategically advance our creative strategy beyond Static & UGC
- Work closely with Direct Response Copy, Creative Strategy, and CRO teams
- Build and expand a structured creative-testing framework
- Drive decisions with data using CAC, LTV, and funnel metrics
- Continuously conduct market, competitor, and US-specific research
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Paid Social Advertising (Meta)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce (ideally in supplements, beauty, or cosmetics)
- Solid understanding of Direct Response Marketing and performance funnels
- You don’t just analyze numbers — you derive concrete hypotheses and tests from them
- Experience in conceiving or strategically co-developing performance creatives
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Fluent in German & English
