As an Area Manager, you take a central role in leading and developing our store teams and are responsible for a territory of approximately 20 Aktivoptik stores in Southern Germany (Bavaria & Baden-Württemberg)
You motivate and develop our store managers and teams – with a focus on optics and hearing acoustics
You strategically plan the personnel structure in your region, recruit new talent and design a strong onboarding process
You analyze KPIs, derive actions and thereby improve retail performance – with attention to costs, inventory and sales
You ensure an outstanding shopping experience and train your team in a customer-centered sales process
You keep your product and technical knowledge up to date and actively share it with the team
You conduct regular audits and visits and support new openings, refurbishments and closures
Requirements
You are currently working in regional or area management, are a Master Optician (m/f/d) and bring experience in multi-site retail, ideally in the optical or hearing acoustics sector
Leadership skills, strong communication and organizational talent
Analytical thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset
Willingness to travel within your region
Passion for customer experiences and teamwork
You have successfully completed the Master Optician examination
