Role Overview
- Act as an entrepreneur: You operate your store like a business owner, make decisions and actively drive improvements
- Implement & develop processes: You consistently implement organizational and operational processes in the store and continuously refine them
- Lead the team with enthusiasm: You lead your team with motivation, act as a role model and create a positive, motivating work environment
- Manage store performance: You analyze store performance using effective tools and steer it proactively
Requirements
- Experience in retail, experience in optical retail is a plus
- Leadership experience and a motivating, entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication skills and a good sense for customer needs
- Confident handling of financial metrics and control instruments
- Organizational skills, hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for team leadership
