Role Overview
- You act as an entrepreneur within your store, make decisions, and actively drive improvements
- You consistently implement the store’s organizational and operational processes and continuously develop them
- You lead your team with motivation, act as a role model, and create a positive, motivating working atmosphere
- You analyze store performance using effective tools and take targeted corrective action
Requirements
- Experience in retail, experience in optical retail is a plus
- Leadership experience and a motivating, entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication skills and a confident sense for customer needs
- Proficiency with financial indicators and management tools
- Organizational talent, a hands-on mentality, and enthusiasm for team leadership
