Requirements
5+ years of design experience as a product designer, with a focus on shipped digital products.
A solid understanding of technology stacks, frameworks, and platform constraints.
Adept at using both quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions.
Experience working within and contributing to enterprise-level design systems, including pattern application and governance.
Proven track record of designing apps and digital products with complex transactional or e-commerce flows within large-scale client experience.
Proficiency working in fast-moving Agile environments.
Advanced proficiency in User-Centered Design and Lean UX.
Deep experience working in Figma.
