Responsibilities:
- Lead design for complex, multi-team initiatives, ensuring clarity from problem framing through launch
- Collaborate deeply with Product, Engineering, Research, Revenue, Client Services, and Leadership to align design direction with business outcomes and customer value
- Translate data-rich, technical systems into intuitive and scalable experiences that enable confident, efficient decision-making
- Build frameworks, patterns, and processes that improve product quality and consistency across teams and surfaces
- Drive design vision and strategy that balances usability, automation, and performance—helping teams move faster and design smarter
- Mentor and guide designers, sharing context, feedback, and systems thinking to strengthen collective impact
- Contribute to StackAdapt’s evolving design practices, ensuring our products, processes, and experiences scale with quality and intent
Requirements:
- Depth of experience designing complex products, ideally within data-driven, enterprise, or workflow-rich environments
- Strong mastery of interaction design, prototyping, and information architecture, with the ability to visualize and communicate abstract concepts clearly
- Proven ability to connect design decisions to measurable business and user outcomes
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally across technical, commercial, and operational teams to align around shared goals
- A balance of craft excellence and strategic thinking—able to simplify the complex and focus teams on what matters most
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
