Glow uses a managed IT model for support and device management — we’re looking for someone who ensures our daily IT operations run smoothly.
You will be part of a small team responsible for our internal IT landscape.
You will coordinate with our IT service provider, keep track of devices and licenses, support colleagues with clear processes, and ensure our security standards are upheld in day-to-day work.
You will manage all daily hardware processes — from orders to returns to inventory — and keep device, inventory, and license data accurate and up to date.
You will help implement and conduct our IT and security policies, including audits.
You will support our Production & Fulfillment team with access management and system updates, and be on site when tasks cannot be resolved remotely.
You will maintain our IT documentation and self-service guides and assist with the rollout of new tools and security improvements.

You have experience in IT Operations or Workplace IT, ideally in a growing or remote-first company.
You are confident working with SaaS tools, MDM platforms, and SSO setups.
You work in a structured, detail-oriented way and reliably follow processes.
You communicate clearly and strike a good balance between user needs and security requirements.
You can occasionally provide on-site support in Berlin when needed.
