Improve and build AI workflows that speed up research, ideation, and testing
Lead and mentor our copy team (currently 2 writers)

2+ years writing cold email (mandatory
not general copywriting)
You understand outbound metrics: reply rate, positive rate, meeting rate, pipeline
You use AI tools daily and know how to push them properly
You’ve done prompt engineering and know how to refine outputs
You’re comfortable with Clay (or similar outbound automation tools)
Strong, natural English writing
You’ve managed people before
and can give feedback clearly
Bonus If You Have built workflows in n8n / Make / Zapier
Previously worked as a GTM Engineer or outbound specialist
Know tools like Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, RB2B, BuiltWith
