Own configuration, governance, and optimization of UKG, ensuring integration across People tech stack
Lead lifecycle workflow redesign to improve automation and ownership clarity
Maintain structured documentation and version-control practices
Design and deliver dashboards and reporting for HR, Finance, and executive stakeholders
Identify and implement automation and AI use cases across workflows

Direct experience in configuring and optimizing enterprise HRIS platforms (UKG or similar)
Experience in building reporting infrastructure or dashboards using Tableau, SQL, or similar platforms
Experience implementing automation or AI-enabled workflows
Strong understanding of integrations, workflow logic, system trade-offs, and governance controls
Ability to operate effectively across regions, compliance environments, and distributed teams
Experience leading individuals or small teams while remaining technically engaged,
Thinks like a systems product owner
