About this role
Role Overview
- You are primarily responsible for acquiring, retaining, and strategically developing our business clients
- From the initial phone contact through to contract conclusion, you are the primary sales contact for your clients
- In close cooperation and ongoing exchange with our Sales Manager, you contribute to the success of our team
- You bring your ideas and expertise into cross-location and cross-functional projects at headquarters, actively shaping the future of our company
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
- At least two years of experience in selling services in the DGUV environment (German Social Accident Insurance) or in technical services
- Willingness to travel regionally
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Passion for sales, strong negotiation skills, independent working style, and a personable, confident manner
- Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems
- Driving license class B (car)
