Configure and implement automated journeys in Marketing Cloud for appointment, exam and procedure confirmations via digital channels (WhatsApp, Email, SMS)
Develop intelligent segmentations based on patient profile, care history and behavioral data
Implement lead acquisition, awareness and retention campaigns
Configure integrations between Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud/Health Cloud/Data Cloud
Implement NPS and post-care feedback journeys
Develop personalized communication templates in compliance with LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law)
Create and monitor campaign performance dashboards (ROI, conversion, CAC)
Requirements
3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, CloudPages)
Experience with AMPscript and/or SSJS
Knowledge of Marketing Cloud integration with Sales/Service Cloud and Data Cloud
Experience with Marketing Cloud APIs and connector configuration
Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Administrator certification (preferred)
Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
