Support and grow our SMB customer base by managing a balanced pipeline of inbound and outbound opportunities, qualifying leads and converting them into closed-won customers.
Proactively generate additional pipeline through outbound prospecting (calls and multi-channel outreach).
Operate in a structured, KPI-driven environment with clear expectations and coaching.
Run discovery calls, product demos, follow-ups, and negotiations for SMB accounts.
Develop strong objection-handling and closing skills with daily feedback and training.
Collaborate closely with senior AEs and leadership as you progress toward a full Account Executive role.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally as an SDR or BDR in a SaaS environment.
Strong outbound foundation — you’re comfortable picking up the phone.
Motivated to move into a closing role and increase your commercial ownership.
Highly coachable and responsive to feedback.
Structured, disciplined, and comfortable working toward clear KPIs.
Competitive mindset with strong internal drive.
Native-level German and fluent in English.
