Requirements
- 10+ Years
- Strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow platform
- Telecom domain expertise (OSS/BSS, NOC Operations, Network Management)
- Experience in ITSM modules
- Integration using REST / SOAP APIs
- JavaScript and Glide scripting knowledge
- CMDB & Discovery understanding
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
