About this role

Strategic Management: Conduct complex negotiations focused on cost efficiency (savings) and meeting global targets.
Market Intelligence: Gather competitive cost data and build a strategic database to anticipate purchasing and selling trends.
Consultative Interface: Work closely with Sales, Production and Operations teams to define sales budgets and enable high-complexity projects.
Partner Development: Qualify and develop new technical suppliers, ensuring quality and transparency across the supply chain.
Project Leadership: Lead project kick-offs for initiatives under your responsibility and actively participate in the Procurement Committee.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
Technical Experience: Solid procurement experience focused on industry (emphasis on injection
and blow-molded products) and/or promotional marketing services.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to manage high-volume procurement agendas and organize workflows within ERP systems.
Preferred: Advanced English is a strong advantage for interfacing with our global teams.

Contract: Contractor (PJ) with a differentiated package (includes an annual 13th-month payment equivalent and paid time off).
Work Model: Hybrid (Office in Itaim Bibi/Jardins
São Paulo).
