About this role
Role Overview
Central communication interface: coordinating exchanges between internal departments and customers
Relationship building & customer retention: developing long-term customer relationships through regular, personal interaction
Needs analysis & satisfaction: identifying individual customer needs and ensuring lasting satisfaction for companies and employees
Proactive customer communication: keeping customers informed about new benefits, developments, and optimization opportunities
Portfolio development & implementation: continuously expanding the benefits offering and successfully implementing innovative bonus models
Requirements
Completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
At least two years of professional experience, ideally in key account management, project management, or customer success management
Strong service and customer orientation, combined with empathy, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills
Independent, solution-oriented working style and strong planning and coordination skills
Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
