Role Overview
- Lead, develop and motivate the eCommerce team to achieve business goals.
- Drive collaboration, performance, and professional growth.
- Encourage innovation, problem-solving, and efficient execution.
- Own the eCommerce P&L and budgets, driving profitable growth.
- Develop and execute the online strategy to improve conversion, AOV, traffic, and retention.
- Manage platform providers, agencies, marketing partners, and logistics vendors.
- Collaborate with Buying, Marketing, IT, Supply Chain, and Stores to deliver seamless online experiences.
- Oversee website performance, merchandising, promotions, UX, and optimisation initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years proven eCommerce management experience with P&L and budget ownership.
- Experienced people Leader.
- Experience within home, lifestyle or Fashion retail environments.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
- Experienced managing digital marketing, vendors and influencing stakeholders.
- Strategic, proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused.
- Confident and impactful communicator, resilient, and adaptable.
- Experience with Shopify platform is beneficial.
