Play a central role in accelerating the scale‑up of the National Family Planning Program and the Social Marketing Organization initiative by driving the adoption of women’s health products.
Strengthen field operations and foster strong partnerships across government and non‑government stakeholders.
Oversee sales operations across states and districts by identifying new opportunities, ensuring effective product distribution, monitoring usage, and enhancing forecasting and data processes with state warehouses and health authorities.
Build deep engagement with the Govt. officials, professional bodies such as FOGSI and the Indian Medical Association, and NGO partners to support program rollout.
Ensure administrative excellence through timely documentation, CRM updates, and representation of Organon at professional platforms.
Coordinate extensive training and implementation support by managing state training calendars and engaging FOGSI for CME endorsements.
Lead the development of Centers of Excellence by collaborating with state governments, medical colleges, and implementation partners to establish structured clinical training aligned with national and WHO standards.
Requirements
Minimum of ten years of experience in government family planning programs, social marketing initiatives, and program scale‑up activities.
Strong experience in Family Planning, Reproductive and Child Health, and Maternal Health (mandatory).
Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or qualification in Health and related streams, MBA, Medicine (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery), or nursing preferred.
Experience in district‑level stakeholder management and training delivery.
Experience working with medical colleges is desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel seventy to eighty percent of the time and relocate as required.
