Monitor and manage the performance of our European logistics network
Ensure on-time collections and final-mile deliveries within SLA
Prepare daily operational planning, including peak-season planning
Build and maintain strong relationships with transport providers and clients
Identify operational gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Take ownership of incidents and ensure timely resolution
Proactively mitigate risks and prevent service disruptions
Participate in cross-functional operational and improvement projects
Use data insights to optimize performance and efficiency
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in international transport or logistics
Strong knowledge of road transportation (customs knowledge is a plus)
Experience working with European multi-country transport operations
Proven ability to build strong supplier and stakeholder relationships
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and solutions
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
Experience with incident-tracking or ticketing tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus
Business-level English (written and spoken).
