About this role
Role Overview
- Analysis and drafting, in French and in English, of all types of commercial agreements: supply contracts, distribution agreements, agency agreements, non-disclosure agreements, procurement contracts, and purchase agreements for goods and services
- Legal research and drafting memoranda on specific legal issues
- Legal monitoring and participation in working groups
Requirements
- Trainee lawyer (élève-avocat), enrolled in a Master 2 in business law, or in the final year of a business school program with complementary legal studies
- Good understanding of international business law and commercial law
- Rigorous, curious, with strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Ability to communicate and draft complex documents in English
- Minimum six-month internship within the legal department of a large group or in a reputable business law firm
- Proficient with office software (Word, Excel)
- Fluent English
