Build an integrated, data-driven revenue engine and continuously optimize it, including pipeline management, forecasting and KPI control to ensure sustainable revenue growth
Lead, scale and develop the Sales & Marketing team with passion and clear objectives
Translate product strengths into compelling value propositions
Manage strategic target accounts (including framework agreements) and ensure a consistent market approach through a clear operating model
Nurture and deepen key strategic partnerships and build trusted C-level relationships with our customers
Requirements
Several years of leadership experience in strategic customer-facing roles (e.g., Account Executive, Energy Consultant, Business Development)
Extensive sales and market development expertise for complex cloud and enterprise SaaS products
Relevant industry knowledge in energy, IoT, software, or digital platforms
Proven ability to engage with C-level stakeholders
Self-initiative and proactive working style
Interdisciplinary approach to collaboration
Excellent and empathetic communication skills (fluent in German and English)
Solution-oriented mindset with a confident presence
