Bachelor's or Master's Degree from accredited universities in the Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering, Material Science Engineering, or related disciplines
GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0 overall
Maximum 2 years professional experience
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Prior intern, co-op, or research experience in design engineering or manufacturing (preferred)
Strong dedication to a career in technology and a real passion and curiosity for engineering (preferred)
Demonstrated an analytical approach to problem solving (preferred)
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical problems in clear and simple terms (preferred)
