As a Contract Manager – Managed Services (m/f/d) you ensure that master agreements are correctly managed, data is maintained consistently and changes are handled professionally:
You act as the primary contact for our customers and serve as the interface to internal specialist departments.
You take ownership of master agreements and manage all contract changes.
You prepare and clean device data.
You are responsible for end-to-end data quality.
You support the migration to ServiceNow.
Requirements
You have a completed technical qualification and/or more than three years of experience working on large service implementations.
Experience with Excel and data processing.
Good German and English skills, due to international contracts.
A confident manner and strong communication skills, as well as a structured and organized way of thinking and working.
