You are the primary contact for prospects and customers regarding weclapp — and work closely with our development team to clearly define requirements and translate them into solutions.
You guide customers through the entire process: requirements analysis → onboarding → implementation → go-live → daily support
You ensure structure, prioritization and a smooth workflow.
You conduct onboarding trainings, produce documentation, and help teams truly master their weclapp system (not just “get by”).
You collect customer needs, translate them into clear requirements, and collaborate with the dev team on tailored solutions and plugins for e‑commerce.
