Work strategically and directly with Legal Department leadership, supporting decision-making and managing critical legal matters.
Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of various contracts, with a focus on resale, service agreements, software development, and software maintenance.
Conduct contractual negotiations with international clients, especially in the United States, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with market practices.
Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks in contracts and business initiatives, proposing viable alternatives and pragmatic solutions.
Support the legal assessment of new products, business models, and technology solutions, taking into account regulatory and contractual impacts.
Work collaboratively with other legal teams and business units to ensure alignment, predictability, and efficiency in internal workflows.
Handle strategic and urgent requests from the commercial team with a strong sense of priority, autonomy, and impact awareness.
Requirements
Law degree (LL.B., J.D., or equivalent).
Active bar registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) or admission to a U.S. Bar (passed the U.S. bar exam).
Solid experience in drafting, managing, and negotiating commercial contracts, preferably in the technology sector.
Advanced English (spoken and written), with fluency for negotiating with international clients.
Experience supporting commercial teams in complex negotiations.
Experience with international contracts, especially with U.S. clients.
Strong business acumen and a solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to balance legal risk with commercial strategy.
