Affiliate Marketing & Partnerships: The crux of your job will be to broaden our affiliate and influencer reach across all Arabic-speaking countries, with focus on Saudi Arabia and other high focus countries.
This involves identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with suitable influencers to join the affiliate program.
Support promotional activities through regular communication and ensure alignment with brand and performance goals.
Social Media Engagement: Leverage our existing local presence to drive conversions through the creation of compelling social media posts and campaign publishing.
Collaborate with Arabic-based influencers for co-branded stories and campaigns aimed at enhancing audience interaction and engagement, rather than broad-based growth.
Content Creation: Your primary role will be to innovate new marketing funnel strategies that focus on our affiliates, stimulating growth.
While content creation is part of the job, the emphasis is not on creating more articles, rather on delivering value to our partners and audience through marketing-driven insights.
The goal is to balance editorial and commercial interests to the benefit of our partners and audience.
Webinar Execution: Create and execute webinars from start to finish, including content coordination, operational setup, live sessions execution, and content follow-up.
Requirements
3+ years experience in affiliate finance marketing or holding a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in creating and managing affiliate programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic (Modern Standard Arabic & Saudi dialect preferred) and English.
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and principles, especially as they relate to affiliate marketing.
Experience in finance; desire to learn and understand financial markets to ensure alignment with our brand.
Proven track record in brand growth via main social media channels.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
An energetic team player willing to take the initiative.
Strong operational abilities to manage end-to-end affiliation tasks.
Proven success in reaching out to new partners and improving performance metrics.
Advantage: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
An existing network of contacts or a strong track record of establishing relationships with agencies, influencers, partners, etc within the financial sector.
Excellent presentation skills would be a bonus to potentially represent the company at webinars, conferences, webinars or similar.
Previous experience with platforms like InvestingPro or similar finance-related platforms is a plus.
Strong negotiation skills to close deals with existing and potential affiliate partners.
Experience working in a multinational corporation or familiarity with cross-regional projects will be advantageous.
Proactive and results-oriented mentality with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance metrics.
