As Assistant Logistics Manager, you will provide cross-functional support to transport, procurement, operations and customer service teams while contributing to the overall performance of the supply chain.
Create, monitor and analyze key performance indicators (transport, procurement, operations) and perform flow and performance analyses.
Provide immediate operational support to teams (transport disputes, store operations, purchase orders, backlog follow-up, SAP updates, etc.) to secure business continuity and absorb fluctuations in workload.
Update databases, scripts, documents and procedures, ensuring data reliability and adherence to operating methods.
Participate in continuous improvement and process standardization initiatives, notably through digital projects, EHS and cross-site harmonization.
Develop presentation materials and visual management tools for teams and managers to improve performance visibility and ensure consistency of practices.
Requirements
You are ideally pursuing a Bac+3 to Bac+5 level qualification (equivalent to Bachelor's or Master's) in logistics, operations management or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. SAP knowledge is a plus.
Demonstrate autonomy, rigor and strong written communication skills to produce high-quality analyses, reports and presentation materials.
