Engage with customers to develop and agree clear system requirements.
Support the generation and assessment of sensor and weapon suite options for concept designs.
Take ownership of compartments or systems through all design stages.
Specify, select, and manage external suppliers for components and services.
Contribute to Combat Systems and Mission Systems engineering activities across projects.
Requirements
Broad knowledge of Mission Systems integration (Communications, Navigation, Command and Control, Sensors/Effectors).
Experience delivering responsibilities within mission systems physical integration on marine platforms.
Ability to work effectively within a multi-discipline team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ideally degree-qualified in an engineering discipline (HND/HNC with extensive experience considered).
Membership of a relevant institution and a clear route to chartership.
Eligible to work with controlled goods, technology, or services (including ITAR compliance).
The successful candidate must be a sole UK National who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
