Supporting customer engagement to develop and agree clear and unambiguous system requirements.
Generating and assessing sensor and weapon suite options for concept designs.
Taking ownership of mission system compartments or systems through design stages.
Supporting the specification, selection and management of external suppliers and services.
Applying Mission Systems/Combat Systems Engineering principles within a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
Experience integrating Combat, Communications, Navigation or Network Systems into marine platforms.
Ability to work effectively within multi‑discipline teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Degree in an engineering discipline, or HND/HNC with extensive relevant experience.
Membership of a relevant professional institution, with chartered status or a clear route to achieving it.
Ability to achieve UK Security Check (SC) clearance.
Ability to work with or on controlled goods, including ITAR‑controlled technologies.
