Support the development of the Group PLM blueprint and lead the implementation and rollout of PLM across Marine.
Develop and manage a team of Subject Matter Experts, ensuring capability across PLM, CAD, engineering data and digital tools.
Define and oversee governance for engineering information and data workflows.
Establish a recharge model and governance framework for engineering software.
Govern and develop AI use cases across Marine to drive efficiency and engineering innovation.

Extensive experience establishing and delivering information and data workflows for complex products across the full lifecycle.
Strong expertise with industry-standard PLM tools such as Dassault, Windchill or Teamcenter.
Significant experience using and configuring CAD tools including Autodesk, SolidWorks, Hexagon Smart 3D, Siemens FORAN or AVEVA Marine.
Experience working with UK MOD frameworks (e.g., CADMID) including configuration management and digital engineering strategy.
Degree in an engineering or technology discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Chartered membership of a relevant professional institution.
No security or trade limitations.
Must be a sole UK National who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
