Supporting work stream owners in the development and delivery of the necessary project artefacts to support their delivery.
Owning and managing internal administration processes, including ownership and administration of the Team’s SharePoint content and records management.
Coordinating business improvement projects and activities across the Engineering Capability function.
Engaging with engineering stakeholders to progress tasks, solve issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
Assembling and publishing progress updates and performance reports for Engineering Capability activities.
Requirements
Technical support and business administration experience, particularly in change processes (policy, practice, procedure).
Experience working within a highly regulated industry.
Ability to manage, engage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple teams.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy within a compliance‑focused environment.
