Serve as a subject‑matter leader for enterprise data models supporting shipments, sustainability, freight accruals, and logistics KPIs.
Execute against objectives set by senior leadership.
Lead delivery of complex analytics initiatives with accountability for accuracy, consistency, and adoption.
Define and govern business rules, KPI logic, and master data alignment.
Act as a trusted partner to Logistics, Digital, and platform teams.
Lead cross‑functional initiatives involving internal teams and external vendors.
Develop solutions to high‑complexity problems by interpreting PGS strategies.
Directly lead and develop skilled technical and analytical professionals, fostering accountability and engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor's (Master’s preferred) degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven leader with 6+ years driving high-impact initiatives across supply chain, logistics, analytics, engineering, and product management in complex, global organizations.
Exceptional knowledge of Supply Chain processes.
Ability to innovate, exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills.
Strong business acumen and ability to influence in a global, matrixed organization.
2–3 years of hands‑on product management experience.
2+ years of cloud‑based software development experience (AWS preferred).
Strong track record steering cross‑functional teams and delivering measurable business outcomes without relying on direct authority.
Advanced expertise in data architecture, analytics delivery, KPI frameworks, and data governance.
Practical experience with Snowflake, Tableau, modern data pipelines, and responsible AI/ML practices in regulated environments.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to influence at all levels of the organization.
