Digital account product management;
Design and execution of experiments to increase conversion, activation, and engagement;
Analysis of the end-to-end product journey, identifying friction points and opportunities for improvement;
Leading discovery with internal and external customers and ecosystem partners;
Defining business rules for new features and integrations;
Monitoring performance metrics (issuance, conversion, drop-off, delinquency, costs);
Analysis of customer segments that do not activate or stop using the product;
Technical coordination with squads to refine stories and validate solutions;
Collaboration with CRM, Growth, and CX teams on adoption and engagement initiatives.

Knowledge of payment products or flows (Pix, boleto, payment links, split payments, checkout, acquiring, or billing/collections in general);
Data analysis skills (funnels, product metrics, performance, and engagement);
Experience in discovery processes (interviews, problem framing, validation);
Strong organization, prioritization, and communication skills;
Analytical, data-driven mindset;
Adaptability and ability to handle multiple scenarios;
Creativity to generate hypotheses and solutions to increase conversion.

Nice to have

Experience with payment integrations (PSPs, gateways, anti-fraud systems, digital wallets);
