Role Overview
- Manage the Zendesk environment, including creating and maintaining forms, custom fields, triggers, and automations
- Prepare technical and functional documentation for new support flows and submit them for approval by the business areas
- Support the development team in integrating Zendesk with other systems (such as Salesforce or legacy systems)
- Interact with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and detail new functionalities
- Validate system update bulletins and keep user manuals up to date for operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (IT, Digital Marketing, or related fields)
- Experience in systems analysis or CRM administration
- Postgraduate degree in IT Management, Data, or Process Management (preferred)
- Experience with Zendesk (preferred)
- Spanish and/or English (preferred)
