Plan and conduct exploratory and generative research to support the development of products and services;
Analyze qualitative data to identify behaviors, needs and motivations, turning them into actionable insights;
Identify, develop and implement new research tools, driving innovation and continuous improvement;
Ideate and prototype solutions for products, services and systems, including creating sketches, storyboards and other artifacts to communicate, validate and refine ideas;
Translate research insights into actionable inputs for product and/or service journeys;
Use iterative approaches to turn ideas into conceptual prototypes, incorporating user feedback to improve the solution;
Plan and facilitate co-creation workshops to address organizational problems and/or to develop products and services;
Provide guidance and technical support to groups and teams using co-creation practices;
Define design objectives and stakeholder roles, supporting the mediation of conflicts between user needs and project goals;
Propose technical scenarios that meet short
and long-term demands, supporting decision-making and project planning;
Lead design initiatives that integrate user and stakeholder perspectives, promoting co-creation across different areas and organizational partners;
Synthesize findings into clear reports and presentations, highlighting conclusions that inform decision-making and strategic actions;
Conduct knowledge transfer to the teams responsible for development and implementation.
Requirements
Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Design, Communication, Technology, Business or related fields;
