You are responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles.
Lead sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management with a focus on quality over quantity of candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, creating a deep pipeline through proactive sourcing, strategic job posting and professional networking.
Work alongside and with AI tools to automate administrative tasks.
Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, timelines and the ideal candidate profile.
Maintain a deep knowledge of our business priorities and effectively communicate our vision to top-tier talent.
Partner closely with hiring managers and teams to ensure our Talent Acquisition practices are globally cohesive.
Ensure every touchpoint reflects our values and culture.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
1 to 3 years of experience as a Recruiter
Experience as an embedded Talent Partner within the business
Proven ability to build strong, trusting relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders
Proficiency in Talent Acquisition technology, sourcing tools; Workday preferred
Ability to recruit across multiple functions and locations, both domestically and internationally
Ideally located in the US, on the east coast in order to manage timezones across European countries
