Role Overview
- Monitoring civil and labor legal cases and proceedings;
- Reviewing, registering, and updating judicial and administrative cases in the legal case management system;
- Gathering supporting documentation and information to assist in drafting defenses for labor and civil cases;
- Updating records and generating reports;
- Verifying billing spreadsheets submitted by external law firms;
- Monitoring and reconciling court deposits;
- Assisting in managing payments related to legal matters;
- Assisting in drafting extrajudicial notices and counter-notices;
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing contracts, amendments, termination agreements, and other documents;
Requirements
- Education: Currently studying Law, with expected graduation between December 2027 and July 2028;
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Canva.
