Role Overview
- Conduct legal research in employment law
- Monitor legal developments (legislative, regulatory and case law updates)
- Assist in preparing pre-litigation and litigation files
- Assist in preparing employee representative bodies' meetings and proceedings
- Contribute to the preparation of internal materials (briefing notes, analyses, presentations)
- Participate in cross-functional projects related to the company’s social/employment issues
Requirements
- Final-year Master’s student (Master 2) in Employment/Social Law
- Strong knowledge of employment law
- Rigor, discretion and respect for confidentiality
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Good drafting and writing skills
- Good organizational skills and ability to work independently
