Role Overview
- Welcome clients after the sale
- Conduct training sessions (primarily via Google Meet)
- Ensure correct synchronization and import of data
- Create the first campaigns on the platform
- Grant access to training materials
- Monitor the first days and weeks of platform use
- Ensure the client achieves their initial results
- Perform a structured handover to Customer Success (CS)
- Hold ad-hoc alignment and support meetings
Requirements
- Experience with SaaS
- Experience in onboarding, implementation, or Customer Success (CS)
- Strong teaching skills for online trainings
- Organized and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Analytical mindset
- Clear and confident communicator
- Nice to have:
- Experience with e-commerce
