Role Overview
- Support with Trade Marketing and In-store Execution (45%)
- Coordinate tastings, ensuring logistics and materials are in place
- Assist with production and delivery of POSM (point-of-sale materials) and prizes
- Help track promotional activity and pricing compliance across key retailers
- Coordinate artwork and approvals for retailer broadsheets and promotions
- Conduct store visits and share photo feedback and reports
- Business and Performance Reporting (35%)
- Support the preparation of monthly performance reports
- Assist with post-campaign and promo reviews and ROI summaries
- Provide support on ad hoc data requests and analysis
- Track and summarize competitor activity
- General Administrative and Ad Hoc Support (20%)
- Help with organizing files, tracking documents, and coordinating deliveries
- Support campaign-related admin and supplier follow-ups
- Contribute to internal team projects as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (NQF 7)
- 0–1 years of marketing experience (internship or practical exposure beneficial)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks
- Respectful, reliable, and comfortable asking questions when uncertain
- Curious and open to learning through doing rather than theory
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- South African citizenship and own transport required
